Ziv Wassercug leads the firm's practice in the People's Republic of China. Having spent the last few years as a foreign legal consul in Chinese law firms, Ziv has gained extensive experience in the various legal aspects of commercial transactions and foreign investments in the PRC, with particular expertise in M&A. 

Ziv has advised and guided the operations of Israeli and other foreign companies and individuals in the PRC, in a wide range of areas including hi tech, environmental technology, the toy industry, automotive industry, financial services, credit cards and retail.  

Ziv graduated from Tel Aviv University (LL.B., Cum Laude) in 2003 and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2004. Ziv is a certified mediator.
